If I could have a rack of any chip, I’d want 99 more of there beauties.

I can’t imagine what use I would have for a stack of ten chips, and I don’t have the self-control to keep my mouth shut about it.

What’s the perfect recess depth for stampable blanks, in your personal opinion?

No recess is fine, but about the thickness of a label is good for inadvertent flashing. I try to stamp pretty clean with no flashing, but it’s dependent on the color of the chip to some extent, the type of chip to another.
Black or neon colors seem to be “softer?” And it’s a bit harder to dial in on those.

But this is perfect.

That’s pretty clean. I noticed with some of the CPC molds that have no recess and are hotstamped, eventually it will rub off with repeated shuffling. But that’s to be expected

How bad ass is it when someone else uses your pic (zoomed in) of their favorite chip! You’re not wrong @Machine … I love the Taj $100s as well. What hurts is now they are like $700 each and back in the day we could have walked out with those in our pockets all day at face value…

Sadly for those that don’t know. The Atlantic City Gaming Commission actually destroy chips (like Vegas is supposed to do) because ACGC actually back the “checks” for a number of years after. So it’s not like someone got a barrel of those for $100… it cost you $100 to walk out with one!

Sadly I doubt even a rack made it out, maybe with all the limited edition ones… but original hundos… people in AC even ran ads after the Taj and others closed buying up extras people forgot to turn in (they didn’t realize they were still worth face) so again not many originals out there anymore.

I really don’t keep track but 7 years flipping rocks and about $30k, this is what I have put together.

My favorite Taj chip though… second overall!
