Looks good, but I sure hope you are supplementing your harvests with trips to the grocery store.
How big would your operation have to be to provide all you want and a little surplus?

It'd have to be pretty big. With continuous planting to be able to harvest regularly each week, probably 4x the size I have now.

The local grow guy has an excess water privileges and excess greenhouse space - like a lot! I was thinking about renting some space and growing vegetables for sale and for the local food bank.

Traps? Haha I lure the veggies into my harvest basket with bacon. Obviously.

The next batch of “lettuce”
And as first batch is about ready to outgrow the 24 x 24 tent, I am almost ready in the 36 x 36
Upgraded the fan to a smart fan, side lighting and dimming all good, oscillating fans that mimick real life wind patterns for optimized growing.
Still lots to learn but coming along well!

Realized I haven't posted in here in a minute.
Had a few good harvests over the last few weeks. Some of my plants are on their final legs, so I'm growing replacements.
Also starting some melons to see how those do.

Figured it was time for an update!
Here's my cantaloupe and eggplant, growing but not flowering yet:
Trying some okra for my wife:
Got a couple of dwarf project tomato plants going here:
My black cherry tomato plant that I started in August is still productive:
Cucumbers are short lived plants, I've got two ready to go to replace these:
My Basil in Mason jars:
In these tubs I have micro tomatoes, mini bell and patio snacker peppers, some chard and lettuces.
And finally some herbs and alpine strawberries:
I'm having a blast with this hobby and the taste is pretty good as well!!

So it's been awhile. Had a productive few months, but had to go nuclear and clear out my garage. I went to Berlin for a business trip and came back to a severe pest infestation. I'm going out of town again next week, so I'm using this as an opportunity to reset and break the lifecycle of these bugs (aphids, I think).
Frustrating for sure. I probably cross contaminated my plants after a day of working outside in my grow bag garden. With no natural predators in a garage, this happened. Lesson learned!

Ladybugs are your friends. You can order them from Amazon. Praying mantises too, except they are kinda territorial. But for aphids ladybugs are great.

I don't think releasing them in my garage is the best idea.

They eat all kinds of bugs, small roaches too, rolly polies, all that.
