Looks good, but I sure hope you are supplementing your harvests with trips to the grocery store.
It'd have to be pretty big. With continuous planting to be able to harvest regularly each week, probably 4x the size I have now.Looks good, but I sure hope you are supplementing your harvests with trips to the grocery store.
How big would your operation have to be to provide all you want and a little surplus?
The local grow guy has an excess water privileges and excess greenhouse space - like a lot! I was thinking about renting some space and growing vegetables for sale and for the local food bank. It'd have to be pretty big. What kind of traps do you use that in to catch food?Came home from a work trip to this delicious harvest!

Traps? Haha I lure the veggies into my harvest basket with bacon. Obviously. What kind of traps do you use that in to catch food?
Ladybugs are your friends. You can order them from Amazon. Praying mantises too, except they are kinda territorial. But for aphids ladybugs are great. So it's been awhile. Had a productive few months, but had to go nuclear and clear out my garage. I went to Berlin for a business trip and came back to a severe pest infestation. I'm going out of town again next week, so I'm using this as an opportunity to reset and break the lifecycle of these bugs (aphids, I think).
Frustrating for sure. I probably cross contaminated my plants after a day of working outside in my grow bag garden. With no natural predators in a garage, this happened. Lesson learned!

I don't think releasing them in my garage is the best idea.Ladybugs are your friends. You can order them from Amazon. Praying mantises too, except they are kinda territorial. But for aphids ladybugs are great.
They eat all kinds of bugs, small roaches too, rolly polies, all that.I don't think releasing them in my garage is the best idea.
