Those numbers are normal for cask strength. Most distillers dilute the cast strength product down to around 80 poof with water.

AFAIK, this is the only Off White example. The rest of the Horseshoe Southern Indiana $1s are base White.

I like the simple primary 1's....actually the I like the whole primary set of HSI chips best. The others are obviously very nice too, and were I never to have seen the primary version I'd probably choose the secondary with the larger edge spots. Just personal preference.
