8/10 New chips to the non-chipper. Great condition, shuffled and played a few times.
7/10 Used GREAT chips, flea bites, starting to show some wear. BUT CLEANED. LOOK GREAT.
6/10 Average wear used chips. Still great for a cash set that you plan on using. Could need cleaned
5/10 Dirty chips, significant wear.
