I know @TheChipRoom had a deal with the gaming board in Missouri to acquire chips once the casinos closed or rebranded, at least that's what happened with the Lady Luck Casino and the last chip sale. They stand to make a fortune selling to chip collectors so they probably have deals in certain states and provinces to sell chips.
He has the best gaming attorney in the business and devilish good looks, of course.
