I can definitely ship to one person.

Based on recent packages I've shipped it would probably be ~$50 to ship all to one address. Individually ~$30.

You're definitely going to same money in total if only one package comes from Canada to the US. The two smaller lots will easily fit in a SFRB or flat rate padded mailer at about $8 each. So makes sense to mail it all to the one receiving the larger lot.
