A couple weeks ago I told him I would buy 1 rack of Horseshoe $1's. I asked him to send me a paypal invoice. He said that I should send him the money first and then he would send me a receipt. That gave me a bad vibe and I didn't pursue the issue. He texted me about a week later and asked if I wanted him to send me a couple chips "to ease my concern". I didn't respond....I just didn't feel comfortable about it at all.
