For good quality, original speedcloth I was pointed to YAT (Your Auto Trim) and wasn't disappointed

Bear in mind that no betting line can be printed on it, though.
Your either have to very carefuly draw one with a paint marker and a "driver" (tricky on curves) or use different speed cloth for "racetrack" area and betting area to achieve that effect.
