Home game or any poker in Denver area? (3 Viewers)

I will be in Denver for training for work from March 17th till March 23rd. I'd love to get in on a game if anyone has one going that week. Or if anyone has a good poker room or casino nearby they'd recommend I'm game for anything. Thanks!

What part of town will you be in?

What kind of games are you looking for? (tournaments, NLHE cash games, mixed cash games, etc.)

The casinos are an hour+ from the downtown area. Ameristar and Monarch have the best cash games: 1/3 and 2/5 NLHE, and some PLO.

Bally’s has the best tournaments.

There are plenty of local PCFers. Unfortunately, post-pandemic our games have been infrequent. When we do play, it’s mostly Saturday night. Anything from .25/.50 mixed games, .50/$1 NLHE, and small tourneys ($60 to $100 buy-in).

Unfortunately, I’m not available the 23rd. It’s my wife’s 40th, and we have plans that night.

The airport isn’t near anything except Western Kansas. I might be having a game March 29.

@slisk250 is correct, nothing close to the airport... and you would need a car to get to Black Hawk casinos.

The airport isn’t a terrible drive from where I’m at. It would also be my spring break, so I’d have a lot of time on my hands. The only issue would be weather. I can host, but only outside. If the weather’s good, I’d happily put something together, but I don’t have any players local to me. I’d need to throw up the PCF signal to @inapinch , @Kyle , @pokerplayingpisces , @slisk250 , and @nitzilla . Who would be willing/able to make it to a game during that week if I host?

As of now, the high on Friday is supposed to be mid-50’s. I think that’ll probably be too cold for an outside game in the evening. How about we organize a PCF field trip up to the hill instead?
