Ahh that is good. A steep hill but not a sheer cliff.

Met with cabin builder and made first 25% payment to get their last booking for next summer. This time next year we will be sitting in a cozy cabin!! We switched from an A frame to this style.

Bathroom is fantasy, there wont be running water, but the rest is fairly accurate. 20 X 8 deck off the slider.

I suspect that would double the cost of the cabin. We are going to put two trapezoids and one rectangle window in between up top.
We scored the two 8X4’s for $100 total that helps

Yeah, glass gets stupid expensive when it's custom made. Also I'm guessing that at some point in width, the lintel would switch from wood to steel to support the roof. In any case, it's looking very cool. I bet you're excited!

Started back in on the cabin project. Cleared more trees and let the new pups play on the land. Our cabin will be the same as pictured 20 X 20 with a 3/4 loft. this Bonnie’s sisters cabin.
