Been playing poker since 2003 and been a chip enthusiast for about a decade now. Just had to sell a set of Argosy chips due to lead paint. I have a 4 year old now and didn't realize until recently that old Paulsons are covered in lead! I'm pretty sad about it. I had those chips since 2016 and loved them dearly.

I'm on the lookout for unleaded Paulsons, especially red $5 chips. I have some $25 and $100 Lady Luck chips that I'd like to eventually use again in cash games and some reds would look nice with them. Good luck to all!

Welcome aboard. You'll learn quickly that leaded chips sell for a premium here. Good news for you is that unleaded Paulsons are numerous, and they're a lot cheaper than their leaded counterparts. But you should probably buy some unleaded samples and mess around with them - they really do feel different.

I grew up in western Mass, first exit on the Pike, near the New York border. Whenever I'd tell people from Boston that I was from western Mass, they'd say "Oh where, Worcester"?
