So many of you know I am on a quest to continue to build a very mixed set. Longer story short I have loved visiting different casinos. I think just seeing how they all operate differently, the architecture, the atmosphere, the dealers, and the chips. So when I got here I wanted to check out a lot of different chips from a lot of different casinos. That brought me to the idea, with the help of my wife, of deciding to build a very mixed set of chips. The goal is to have each player at the game "represent" a different casino. Here is a picture to help explain,
*10 of the Cinci $5's are out of commission
So one player at the game would represent the roadhouse, another Jacks and so on and so forth. The break down is every player starting with $1,000 in chips 10 - $5, 10 - $25, 7 - $100 from each different chip set. So I am still trying to find more chips to add to the set. I love the hunt but its hard because most guys want to sell by the rack when I am only looking for 30 chips total from each casino or set. However I want to send out the PCF signal that if anyone has any spare chips in their sets and wants to help me build mine I would appreciate it.
I am mostly looking for very good chip quality because that is what the majority of my current set is. I am looking for the following breakdown,
10 - $5's (Red)
10 - $25's (Green)
10 - $100's (Black)
1 - $500 (Optional)
I dont really have any specific sets I am looking for other than maybe a PCA one. I figured though that this would be the best way to see what is available out there and what you guys are willing to part with. The only request I have is the ability to say no if you have something to offer.
