Boris, Please do not speak for me. I stated clearly that I am not mad about you backing out of my auction.

The purpose of my post was to point out that for a month, when I was trying to reach you, you were virtually unresponsive. If I was depending on funds from the sale during that time, then yes, I would have been very mad. If I had received a damaged package from you during that time period, and you responded with the same level of indifference, then I would probably be very upset as well. Obviously, you do not appreciate when people are unresponsive, since that is the basis for this this thread.

Now if Tim received your chips from eBay, and never tried to contact you before opening a claim, then I think you have every right to be upset But before we get out the pitchforks (which it seems like thats what you want), I would like to know both sides of the story.

This message is better a lot that the first one. In this case I agree.
Because to criticize our sale while I made every effort to reduce your shipment charges and avoid you the customs was really very hard.

Concerning the case eBay I contacted the services(departments) of transport and I gave the address and phone number(coordinates) of follow-up before going on holiday.
Moreover eBay agrees, here is the message.

But he(it) do not want to pay off me...

95 St Jo Frontier Casino chips? I think someone just bought them in a boot sale in the UK for £4... :)

Ass-hattery aside, I hope this gets resolved but the longer it takes the less likely an acceptable result will be.

At the end

0$ for 75 chips is better than à very good deal if you by them
And a very bad If you were selling 95 chips for 0$

There is position in the middle of this ...

But where is Tim ????

Here's what I'm getting from all this:
  • Bobb59 sells 95 Paulson chips to ski_ex5 for $200.
  • ski_ex5 files an eBay claim, stating the item was not received.
  • Bobb59 appeals the claim.
  • eBay closes the appeal, and refunded the $200 payment to ski_ex5 because the item was not received.
Pretty much end of story, unless Bobb59 has proof of delivery.

Well on that I have a proof!
You take me for a swindler?

What I find hard to believe, is that eBay would accept ski_ex5's claim and refund his payment if you supplied them with adequate proof of delivery.

In my first comment.
There are two photos. The first one(night) is mine. The second with 75 chips is the one of tim. In.
It is the photo that he(it) gave onto eBay to say that tokens are damaged.
Is it a joke?

eBay agrees with me.

The person whom you protected here is a swindler.

Why defend Tim A..e
He does not answer here because I tell the truth and because he knows that I have all the proofs.

eBay has just paid off me finally.

It is necessary to protect the forum of this kind of person
. I warned you.
Thanks to those who believed in me.

Bobb59

I just realized that when I read Bob's text, I read it with a french accent in my head :)

BTW, I'm glad it all worked out for you. I am surprised that they gave you the full payment though.... I would have thought it would be pro-rated to the 75 chips. But at least the end result worked for everyone

Tims everywhere are hanging their heads in shame, for their nation-state has been bested by the French.

Yea, verily, their fair country has been conquered by the sole representative of a people who haven't won a war since human beings thought the world to be flat.

This is a proud day for the Nation of France. True, they've lost more consecutive battles than the Washington Generals, but this time, just once, just for now, they get to be the Globetrotters.

Congratulations to French people everywhere, as they bask in the warm and reassuring glow of their only decisive combative victory since the wheel was invented.
