I am trying to put together a local group of people interested in playing mixed games (primarily cash) and am designing a questionnaire to determine that interest.
Rather than having mob rule, I would act as an organizer/benevolent dictator for the group - at least until deposed.
I imagine the most likely, setting for these games would be at one of the local social poker clubs, although I would not rule out a home setting.

Below are the questions I have put together. I am interested in your feedback on the questions, not your answers to the questions, at this point.
Thanks

1. What types of games do you prefer to play?
Draw games
Stud games
Flop games
No preference

2. Which format for mixed games appeals to you the most?
As dealer’s choice (one table orbit of a chosen game)
As fixed rotations, such as HORSE, ROE, OE (a table orbit of each game in order)
No preference

3. Select all fixed limit stakes in which you would be interested in playing
Lower than $5-$10
$5-$10
$10-$20
$15-$30
$20-$40
Higher than $20-$40
My interest in only in big bet formats

4. While most of the mixed games are played with fixed limit betting, some are played as pot limit or no limit. Would you be interested in mixing in including big bet formats (with suitably adjusted blinds/antes) along with fixed limit games?
Yes
No
Big bet formats would be a deal breaker for me.

5. Which describe your interest in playing mixed games
As a primary game
Only on occasion/not routinely
While waiting for a seat in another game
While waiting for another game to start
While waiting for a tournament to start

6. Select any days on which you would be most likely to be able to play mixed games.
Any day
Monday
Tuesday
Wednesday
Thursday
Friday
Saturday
Sunday

7. What time of day would you be able to start playing?

8. Would you be interested in mixed game tournaments on occasion?

9. While it is anticipated that games would have a house provided dealer, would you be comfortable playing at a player-dealt table (pass the deal)?
