Let me check. These fit pop and most beer cans as well as white claw cans. I think they fit those cans but I will double check. They are snug on a poo or beer can and don’t fit loose on the white claws but just not as tight.

On a Michelob Ultra Can it fits great.

I would have to check on a tiny redbull can but the larger ones and Celsius should fit.

No they are not. They just keep critters out. I had a wasp in my beer last year which ended up in my mouth but I didn’t get stung. The previous year my brother in law wasn’t so lucky so this keep them out.

They do fit the Celsius drink I bought today and to my surprise the smaller red bull can as well.
