Cleaning out a house I'm selling and have come across chip stuff tucked away here and there, most of them I know, a few I have no recollection of, how or why I even got them.

First up is a ceramic set:

Second set appears to be a plastic clay:

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Ceramics are Chipco standard home design. Desert Palm are either plastic or China Clay probably from the Chip Room back in the day. That is my best assessment.

Yeah, it's been a while since they've seen the light of day. Found them in a drawer in a tube. Along with a few other odds and ends.

Little side blurb, when the "boat" became legal and opened in Indiana the KY Attorney General threatened to confiscate abs impound the boat if it came over the state line, in the river no less, because they were sending a hard message that they weren't going to tolerate gambling. Caesars, on the other hand, made special commerative chips for Thunde Over Louisville, which is the largest fireworks show in America every year. The fireworks show kicks off the 2 week festival leading up to The Kentucky Derby, which draws hundreds of thousands of visitors. They all head over to the casino and drop a boatload (get it) of money. Ok, I'm going to ease back off my soap box.

The top set are ceramics made by Chipco International, and were sold online by either Josh@ ApachePokerChips.com or Michael @ HoldemPokerChips.com (don't recall which).

The bottom set are 9g injection-molded plastic Desert Palms, imported and sold by Jim@ TheChipRoom.com -- he had also previously offered both a china clay version, and a true compression-molded clay chip version (on a custom mold), manufactured by Blue Chip Co.
