Anyone know if this is some kind of single barrel rack? saw it in the background of a borrowed image. maybe it's nothing? Help identify? Thx.

It's a square coin tube that can hold a barrel of chips.

Those containers are an item chippers have borrowed from numismatics. They were made to hold coins but work perfectly for chips too. It’s a perfect container to ship a barrel. If you search “medallion plastic tube holders” you can even find them on Amazon.
