I use 8/8/4/7 for T10k with my current set so my players are used to that.
Yes, it's sacrilegious here, but an 800 chip set can work for both T10k (my primary tournament) and T25k with 8/8/4/7/3
Sufficient extras for color-ups in both cases

160 x T1000
100 x T5000
40 x T25000

Perhaps even better is to go with 12/12/x/x/ starting stacks. Keeps me at 1000 chips and still lets me reduce the number of 500s

180 x T1000
100 x T5000
40 x T25000
1000 chips total, 1794000 bank
