Happy Valley Poker Club (1 Viewer)

I use 8/8/4/7 for T10k with my current set so my players are used to that.

Yes, it's sacrilegious here, but an 800 chip set can work for both T10k (my primary tournament) and T25k with 8/8/4/7/3
Sufficient extras for color-ups in both cases

160 x T25
200 x T100
140 x T500
160 x T1000
100 x T5000
40 x T25000

Another option to consider... thanks @AWenger

Perhaps even better is to go with 12/12/x/x/ starting stacks. Keeps me at 1000 chips and still lets me reduce the number of 500s

Something like 12/12/5/6 for T10K and 12/12/5/6/3 for T25K with a breakdown of
240 x T25
280 x T100
160 x T500
180 x T1000
100 x T5000
40 x T25000
1000 chips total, 1794000 bank

Working with J5 and getting input from some local MD PCFers, I've narrowed down the inlay for the Happy Valley Poker Club. We're down to one of the 4 inlays below, all of which are similar but different. I'd appreciate your input and your feedback. Don't plan on changing any of these unless someone comes up with a compelling reason.

Please let me know which inlay you prefer and perhaps why.
Thanks

Dennis

Inlay A - Blue mountains with color matched denominations

Inlay B - Color matched mountains and color matched denominations

Note that the denomination on the 5k matches the base rather than the spot like the other chips. We felt the arc yellow denomination (see Inlay A) might be too light

Inlay C - Color matched mountains with red denominations

Inlay D - Color matched mountains with black denominations

DAMN. Really glad to see this thread bumped, but those are even better than I'd have expected.

All great. Final answer: A>C>B>D.

C and D by a long shot for me. Then B, with A coming in last.

Really nice, Dennis! They're all close but my preference is D>C>B>A.

I like the color-matched mountains but a red denom kind of sticks out and overshadows the other elements for me. That's the desired effect for some folks, and that's cool but I like the black denom. The color-matched denom versions are also nice but might be too much of a good thing?

I like the color matching, so for me B > C > D > A. But You can't go wrong with any of these

Color matching by CPC has been fantastic so color-matching all the way. B.

I don't like the red denominations at all, so D would be my second choice.

Also, in for a sample set, if you offer them.

I ordered chips already per Dave's "Pending Order" thread, but I'm sure he won't mind selling a few more chips, so I think offering sample sets is fine...thanks for your insterest
