I'll buy Indiana Grand Chips that I am looking for, at 25% above TCR prices. This is a way to unload chips you don't want or need. I'll also buy the 19 chip set as a whole.
This offer expires May 29, 2020 (the TCR chips sale date) and is only good for the chips listed below.

The minimum I'll buy from each person is $30 worth. It can be any combination of chips, or even multiple of the same chips. I'll also pay an additional $5.15 for First Class postage. But, if the total amount I'll pay doesn't hit $30 or more, I won't accept a trade.

OR, I'll pay $140 for the entire 19 chip set, plus $10 shipping. ($140 is also 25% above TCR pricing if you add up all the chips.)

I'll pay in PayPalFF or in USDC crypto.

I have been asked about how you can ship chips for $5.15 when the lowest flat rate option at the US Post Office is $9-something.
The answer is: Don't use flat-rate. Use "First Class" mail.
First Class mail is shipped in the same amount of time as Priority Mail (2 to 3 days) and also provides a tracking number. For small shipments, "First Class" is like a secret hack to the Post Office.
One 19-chip set is less than 1/2 a pound. So if you provide your own padded envelope (and not use the free Flat-Rate priority mail boxes/envelopes): It's $5.15

Providing your own padded envelope to ship the set might be an added cost for you. So use your own discretion.
