I think they are but these two know a lot more about these chips than I do
Yeah, they are live. I just harvested 2 barrels on an August cruise this year. They have newer large inlay RHC chips as well, but the THC are mixed in on the table racks. I would sit down and buy 10 as a shuffle stack and then slip the THC ones in my pocket and bet the rest from time to time. Rinse and repeat.

I was on the Miracle, but they have the large inlays chips mixed in from other ships as well, along with the THC snappers
