Thanks, it's been a couple years since it's been this bad, I'm hoping I've caught it before it gets real BAD (requiring max pain and max nerve meds). Fingers crossed.

I may have good news, pain got worse until Friday and has improved Saturday onward. Still some discomfort, but the fact things have improved may mean I've avoided a major outbreak. I have 2 herniated discs in my back and accordingto the neurosurgion I saw a few years ago there is nothing to be done except wait.
