See title: is anybody felting a Fournier 525 setup? I see the 2826 and 2818 being discussed plenty but nothing on the 525. If the tuck box is any indication of the cards’ quality, they’ll be knockouts. Currently have 2 setups in transit - will post a summary whenever I’m able to fondle and/or play them.

Dammit… I should’ve had sense enough to post this before purchasing. I was going by the eBay listing which said “plastic” in the listing title.

Upon further investigation, the tuck box clearly states plastic COATED. Ladies and gents I’m now into these paper cards for $60, which comes right upon the heels of getting stacked by quads at Cherokee this past Sunday night. Luck (and informed purchasing) is clearly not on my side this week!

Wow sorry for your buy, for this price you can buy 7 decks of 525 or 2 sets of 2826.

If they listed them as plastic, you can return them. If they refuse the return, I’m almost certain eBay will take care of it for you.
 
These are plastic coated paper cards. @Pippa pulled these out for a game and I don't think we made it through the first orbit before they got switched. They'll bow right from the first shuffle.
 
I made the mistake of ordering a bunch of setups from Piatnik that said "plastic" when they were in face plastic coated. Gave them all to my kids.
