I hosted my $0.25 spread limit mixed game last night.

High point for Hero was catching quads playing Archie and all the other players drawing to the high side and making their losing hand. Ended up making $101 in profits for the night.

I come to bed and my wife asks, "how did you do tonight?" I say the poker gods were good to me. She wonders if I might have some extra cash. The next day is her spa day and she could use some cash for tips and food.

"How much do you need?", the woeful Hero asks. Ms. Strange says, a hundred bucks should be enough.

Leaving Hero with a single dollar to show for his hard work and good luck.

Well...could be worst....she could ask for a "coupe of hundreds" or God forbid go and earn it herself...

So with the new tax rules, does that mean you then pay taxes on 90% of that $1… >.>
