So iv been playing cash games at home for a few months now but next weekend im hosting my first tournament with 7-9 players but I'm not formula with starting stack for lower denominations and how to play it out, any advice would be appreciated

My chip count is
200x 25c
250x $1
250x $5

I would just apply the T25 structure, but with more 5s, since you don’t have any ”T1ks”:

T100 starting stacks

0.25 x 12
1 x 12
5 x 17

0.25/0.5
0.25/0.75
0.5/1
0.75/1.50
1/2
1.5/3
Away with quarters
2/4
3/6
4/8
6/12
7/14
8/16
Away with 1s if there are enough 5s to make change
10/20
15/30
20/40

Should probably end about here or sooner. Adjust the length of the levels accordingly to fit your needs. Also tournaments can certainly use a less flat structure than above. Some levels could be omitted if one prefers.
