Not IHC they are oversized Paulson chips. 50mm maybe that have a wide hat in the mold. Hence fat hat.

I got one, and it's very nice.

Sadly, I only have the one so I can't say what they would be like in stacks, or playing a game with them .

Fat Hats are 48mm... just for the record. The only 50mm that I know of are paulson no molds (plain chips) the solid Winners club chips (no edge spots) and a few that say "NOP" both are fantasy Lines, not aware of any other 50mm

They are the 43mm chip holders with the foam shroud on eBay.... if you remove the foam insert they perfectly fit the 48mm chips!

I don't know how many people would go all out on a large diameter set, but I think some heads up sets would be interesting. I know I'd be in.

Dunes made a house mold 50mm, for the $25k baccarat. I don't recall another. 48mm plus chips are rare.
