Tourney Evaluate this tourney structure (1 Viewer)

Hello all,
I am running a NL tourney next weekend. I have used this structure before, but thought I could get your input.
10K in starting chips. T25
This is a 35-40 person tourney.
Unlimited rebuy for the first 8 levels. (rebuy is for 10k)
1 add on (5k ?) at end of round 8.
I have super accelerated blinds to get this tourney done in about 4-5 hours.
Last year seemed to work out great and everyone had a ball.
This is mainly a beer drinking, cigar smoking, fun tourney. It is a team building event. So, they are not too focused on the poker structure. But I want to give it a little 'professional' feel.
Any advice is appreciated,

Did you keep track of how many rebuys and add ons you had last year?

It seems to be very variable I'm just ball parking the number of rebuys and addons. The first year (5 years ago), my table alnoe had around ten rebuys. Last year, maybe 2. It depends on how many beverages they have before sitting down to 'shuffle up and deal'. We don't run the money part of the tourney. The guys have their buyin done before we get there. Rebuys are $100 for another 10k stack. They give the benhead to the dealer. We have a 'rover' going for table to table. He gives the cash to the money person.
