Canceled Empress Star $0.25 and $1 (1 Viewer)

Looking for a rack each of the ES $1's and quarters. I'm looking to keep the total cost under $1000 for the two racks if possible (would prefer to spend no more than $800 but that may not be viable). Chips must be mint, and they will not be sold by me for a profit as I plan to keep these chips long term. They will be added to the set in the attached picture.
