I have the following chips for sale:

Empress Primary $25s, mint condition (still chalky). Two barrels. Sold.

Empress Primary $500s, slightly used (but very good) condition. 100 chips.

Well, you could always buy the lot, cherry pick the LCVs and resell the rest....

I'm not completely sure, but I think the primary $25's that were in excellent condition were all SCV chips. I went through a lot of the Empress chips and it appears that the newer looking ones were purchased by the casino later on, and all on the SCV mold.
- This is just my personal observation.

Most of excellent or near mint (and used too) $25 primary chips are scv mold indeed.
But a few on lcv too.

My curent rack is 52 lcv for 48 scv.
I'm not sure I'll ever manage to complete my lcv rack
