Sorry for the delay everyone - I appreciate everyone's interest here. Here is where my head is -
I have never sold a chip in my life, that being said I'm researching the Auction process and the template for it. I'm not sure if this is the place to pose questions, but most people following this thread are interested so I figure this is the spot to ask - if I should move this comment to the Forum let me know.
1. I am creating a spreadsheet to get accurate chip counts and be able to track each buyer for the auctions. I've started with my Aztar set and will get Empress done tonight as well.
2. I am traveling from the 19th early until the 6th, so I'm contemplating stating that chips wont be shipped until the 8th of Jan - or wait to do Auctions until i get back. Thoughts?
3. For the 100's, 500's, 1K and 5K - should I put the racks together? should I auction single racks at a time? If I do the latter, should I offer remaining racks at the same winning auction amount? - I really want as many people to try and get the chance to get some of the hard to find chips mainly the 1's and 100's.
4. Should I take the 5K, 1K and both 100's - I can make about 10 of these - as pictured below.
5. If I run Auctions should I have, or can I have multiple Auctions going at once, I fear I'll upset people by not responding fast enough if i have too many irons in the fire.
6. I am researching how to package and ship etc. and how to price shipping.
7. I don't have them by SCV or LCV or variations in color on 25's etc. and I don't want to attempt trying to figure out what is what in that regard, does that matter?
8. Should I auction cleaned racks separately from uncleaned?

@alkaline2525 Here is my two cents: Once you have your total chip counts figured, it may make sense to pose a question on how to properly divy up the chips into cash and tourney sets within the General forum. There are plenty of sets that have been listed for sale by vendors and other sellers that may be good to use for a baseline. Selling a couple of cash sets and a tourney set (tourney using the high denomination chips) may fare well with what you have. The limited number of $1 chips will make planning one of the cash sets difficult, IMO. You could sell remaining chips by the barrel (20 chips) in a sale format or an auction.

I think the $2.50 pink chips would be great placed into a cash set for somebody to relabel as a fractional $0.50 or $0.25 chip.
