This is my opinion (based off personal experience)
LCV $100s are leaded (weighted) ~11.6g, SCV version are not ~9.5g.
Dark Red $5s are most likely unleaded also (well under 10g), especially if they were released in 2000.
The primary (blue edgespots) $1k LCV is leaded ~11g; the newer reissue is SCV with the brighter/newer Blaze Orange base (and no flecks) are probably not leaded as they are much lighter in weight.
Not true - RPC $20 black chips weigh the same as the Empress $100 SCV - ~9.5
RPC Canary Yellow $5 - 9.5g
RPC blue $1s (LCV) - 9.65g
All great chips either way!

Weight isn't the sole factor though imo. RPC $20s feel very different from Empress $100 scv to me
