Purchased these from the chiproom cleaned and never put them into play, could use some oil. I purchased extra chips at the time and picked out the bad ones but usual condition you would expect from Empress chips. The 25's have the mixed green but once oiled they are very similar in color. One 100 chip is not perfectly round. Racks not included . At this time only looking to ship domestic USA. Paypal F&F
