Well, because they're primary, I believe almost all are lightly used, yes? It's only the secondaries that can be considered "mint". The ones that @Apache has on eBay are sharp / excellent condition.

Thanks guys, just ordered the 5ks and a rack of Primary HSI 100's. I assume the 5k's don't get a lot of use and the 100's hopefully are ok too.
