Hey all. I help to run my university's poker society. We had some funds saved up and were in desperate need of an upgrade to our poker set. I just received our order the other day and thought I'd share it here
The chips not in racks belong to the society, but a few of us couldn't help ourselves picking up a few personal sets
which had to be included in the photos whilst everything's together.
In total the society now has 3600 cash game chips and 2100 tournament chips (+200 bounty/winner chips). Oh, and 20 buttons.
We run a weekly cash game session and a tournament session, hopefully we can smoothly run 10+ tables each night now
I designed all of the chips myself, with purple (the university colour) being a common colour between the cash set. As for the tourney set I really liked the Dunes of Arrakis set, so took some inspiration there. I am very pleased with how everything came out, but especially with the bounty chip. The purple variant is a "winners chip" which is our budget way of awarding a trophy for our weekly tournament.
I'm sure most of you on here are somewhat familiar already, but if anyone had questions about the ordering process from Tina I'd be happy to share what I now know.
I'm no photographer but here are some pictures:
