I have 80 dolphin blue starbursts for sale. Overall in good shape and most will stand on edge, a few have fleabites, see pics below for condition. Pretty good color consistency, 61 are overstamps. $100 plus shipping via ppf&f or venmo. CONUS preferred but international OK if buyer assumes the shipping risk.
