Those are 9g Las Vegas Pro injection-molded plastic chips, large label version, and originally sold for around 12c/chip. The standard-sized recess versions (not the ones linked) are actually pretty nice for a plastic chip (almost a china clay/hockey puck-like material), and the recess is deep enough to easily take a re-label.
Imo, the larger label versions are too slippery, as they don't have enough contact area outside the label recess area for adequate friction between chips. I have around 3,000 of the small label versions.
Both types were produced in China, and have been out of production for at least 10 years.
