Does anyone have any information on this chip? I want to say it's just a toy but I cant find anything about it online and I don't want to throw it away if it has value.

This is the casino the website above says is nearby and this chip isn't listed here. I wouldn't expect a casino in France to be denominated in dollars.

A more general search on The Chipguide did not return anything for "Helvie". My suspicion is it's a home-game chip.
