Does anybody work for Ebay? (1 Viewer)

Hey peeps,

I purchased a watch on eBay that was authenticated by an eBay authenticator. The authentication documents have 2 typos/errors that I would like to get fixed.

I have tried multiple times to get in touch with somebody, with zero luck. I tried the AI callback route with zero luck as well. Said they would call in 13 minutes and pretty much blew me off.

Does anybody work for eBay or have an eBay customer service email address that works? I would like to explain the issues in writing. I'll take a phone number if that's all they offer.

Just saw this, I don’t think anybody would ever admit to working for eBay, PayPal, or USPS. Amazon workers are kinda shy too.
