Yes it sounds a bit fishy... can you report it to paypal? I wouldn't want to see you get caught up in one of those damn paypal account freeze things that happened a while back! I would report it!

I mean $10 CAD is only like fiddy cents anyways! Joke joke sorry I had to!

TBF, PCF accounts for 90% of my PayPal transactions, haha. I'd probably turn here too for a mystery.
