The Isle was opened in 1994, so those roulettes are definitely leaded. Not sure which property had the generic Roulette THC chips. Chipguide shows the DiamondJacks having the Bud Jones Roulette chips.

And sets of the IHC sold by lottery…bc I think those are the coolest thing I’ve ever seen. And they are from the south…
