Pictures don't do them justice.
Yes, pastel colors for the most part, the T5K are the shiniest. The 25k are burgundy pastel, but not for sale here, I have kept the barrels I have for the rest of the set (1000 chips total).
This is the only set I have seen with these colors.

It looks like, yes, because of my very bad camera, but no, they are 39mm like the others. Besides, my photos are generally very dull and not very representative due to the lack of natural light.
