Sold Desert Sands Ceramic set (1 Viewer)

Up for auction is a Set of ceramic Desert Sands chips. There are a few with a couple knicks in them, and a few missing chips as well. There were 500 to start with. I will get an official count for you guys tomorrow but their shouldn't be any more than a few missing. This might be a nice entry level set for someone.

RULES

1. STARTING BID: $20
2. Bids must be placed in minimum increments of $5
3. The Starting Bid of the auction will be treated as the Reserve Price.
4. All bids are to be placed openly in this thread. No bids via PM/Conversation.
5. Auction will use the '5 minutes after last closing bid rule'. Highest bid at [ 9:00PM Sunday, Feb 10 ] will win unless there is a bid within 5 minutes of closing time - then the closing time will be 5 min. after the latest bid was posted.
6. Edited posts will be voided.
7. I reserve the right to: i) cancel the auction if no bids have been made; ii) edit the listing to correct errors or clarify rules as needed.
8. PCF (it's Owner, Admins, and Moderators) are in no way responsible for any actions in this auction.
9. Shipping Terms: buyer pays shipping in full
10. Payment Terms: PayPal FF or buyer pays fees

Well, I fucked up this auction. I forgot to include EST. Which was what I intended, but if it was my local time it would have been an hour later..
So.. not really sure what to do about that one. Happy either way, anyone have a solid ruling on this one?

I placed my bid hoping the deadline was 9 pm EST. Why not for $65?Didn’t realize until later that OP was an hour ahead of me.

@rovertech wanted the chips more though, so happy to let him have them at whatever number.

Appears it was an accidental error. My suggestion is the OP makes the ruling.
