It’s too bad the Tachi Poker Room closed. I won my first Saturday morning $60 buy-in tournament there when I was 21 and have loved poker ever since. Pretty cool that you got your hands on these chips! I’d love to get some $1 Tachi chips for my game.

I think they are still in stock.

Didn't know they closed poker and now they use icon chips

Nice, but they aren't sorted. $1 will be mixed with white inlay, yellow inlay, and commemoratives. $5s are mixed with commemoratives too. same for $25s.
Thanks for the heads up. Honestly though, now that I see other quality chipsets in that post, I might have to go w a value purchase of a different set. I’m close to pulling the trigger on the Tropicanas, cash or tournament set. Do you have any knowledge on the Tropicana chip quality?

They suck in my opinion. Plastic is cheap in quality. Ask someone who has a set, which I don't, only singles

Ooh yeah I definitely am trying to move away from plastic chips. Thanks for that observation.
The heart wants what the heart wants *Tachi*

I believe most everything in that thread has been sold out for some time, Jim @TheChipRoom just hasn't updated/edited the OP to remove the live links. All sets sold out - it won't show as sold out (in your PP cart) until you go to actually check out - meaning it will allow you to add to cart, but they're actually not available.

I have the black label Trop set(s), fine chips for the price even though they're not clay. My preference in chips would be;
- real deal clay chips, even if a bit rounded
- real deal ceramic chips from a casino/etc
- Chinese clay

I would rather cut my leg off than go back to the stone age of using plastic chips.

He still has some lower denoms left. However, he won't pick chips for you, everything is random.

I filtered the white inlay house $25s here.

I bought after the main sale to find limited editions. RHC is nice.

I am done selling chips at cost. Will put on eBay for a profit from now on.

All because of someone who took advantage of my interest and changed their prices to rip me off. Good job!

Never will I offer sample sets at cost, will never ever do that.
