Isn't it Lititz? Been through there a few times, checked out the Wilbur chocolate factory.
Never went to Dan's Bar. Feels like I missed out.

Link to a recently sold chip on eBay. Maybe you can reach out to the seller and ask where he found it. Looks like he had 2 of them listed. Have to think this was probably a personal set or maybe a private game at a pool hall or something.
