My mother just suddenly passed away earlier this year. She shared the love of poker with me and we played together all the time... I’m building a custom cash and tournament set for her right now, your making me want to do a felt too. :unsure:

She actually had a massive heart attack while at the poker table during a tournament. The only thing that provides me comfort is that she died doing something she loved...

I realize that’s probably too much info for a forum post, but I needed to share because your post hit home.

I'm very sorry for your loss.

I think it's wonderful that you shared an interest in poker, and designing a tribute set with her (and you) in mind is fantastic, because you will continually use it for years to come and will be a physical reminder of wonderful memories you shared together.

im sorry for your lost as well. It's good to have something to remind you of them. Love this set.

I’m sorry for your guys loss.

My grandma who passed a few years ago, shared in raising me like a mother. When she retired she went to Vegas to become a card dealer, she dealt mostly blackjack at state line casinos. I love her so much. ;) I miss her so much. I remember her and her girlfriends always playing cards together. I think that’s where I got the love of the game, so much laughter.
