Up for sale is a custom CPC ROUNDERS CSQ TOURNAMENT SET made circa 2015.
After David purchased ASM and renamed it CPC he decided to activate the Scroll mold and for that, he made available the Rounders artwork on that mold only, to jump start the demand for it. I always felt it would look better on the CSQ mold and convinced David to get those made for me, both custom Cash and Tournament sets. After that, seeing the results, he begun to also made the artwork available on CSQ. So this particular set, at the time, was a custom one, and not off the shelf. But I digress...
Here's the post of when I got the set: https://www.pokerchipforum.com/threads/rounders-on-the-sqincirc-mold-cash-and-tourney.7538/
The set was made using T2K instead of T1K and T10K instead of T5K. This is by far my preferred denom pattern for tournaments. All my custom tournaments use that same progression. Not only does it optimize chip jumps but also allows for a cool 2-barrel starting stacks of T20K.
The breakdown is as follows (200/200/200/160/40/20 ordered, the rest were extras):
208 x T25
205 x T100
207 x T500
170 x T2K
44 x T10K
23 x Bounties
I store them in starting stacks as you can see in the pictures. So 17 Starting stacks plus two barrels each of T500, T2K and T10K for color ups and rebuys.
If one is starting more than 17 players, just replace some 12/12 for 8/8 until you have the desired number of starting stacks. Max would be 25 starting stacks using only 8/8.
The set was in play only a few times as part of a rotation. Maybe 10 times, max.
Price is $1,800 plus shipping, US only. It is a discount over CPC price and you get it right away. Racks are not included.
I keep going back and forth on whether I should sell the set or not, as the price is low compared to Paulsons nowadays. I'll post the ad anyways but I could change my mind at any minute.
If you have any questions, ping me...
