Well I say find some that would read 225 for a stack of 20 like
9.5 - 10s all feel pretty similar. These Silver Club $1s are one of the best feeling Paulsons.
Most fantasy chips are exactly the same as above, around 9.5. Leaded, not leaded... pretty damn similar. It's the 8.2s - 8.5s that kind of suck.

This, exactly. I was once extremely bored and weighted my BOH collection - results below, avg grams/chip:
Antique Rose = 9.84
Condor Club = 12.02
Flamingo K = 10.03
Gold Feather = 9.72
Huntington P = 10.37
Indio Bingo Palace = 10.92
Lucky Derby = 10.45
Macon County = 10.36
McHenry = 10.24
Regency Regent Rainbow = 11.79
Roscoes = 10.43
Yosemite Inn = 9.88
...some are noticably heavier, but most are not that far from the RPCs...

Ending 2022 with what I consider to be a major score for my Cali collection - an all Cali casino set with over 3 playable denoms lol. If you have been collecting Cali cardroom/casino chips you will know how few of these sets are around.
Couldn’t find the energy to clean the other 2 racks of $5, so 600 x $5 will do for now and I am still undecided on whether to use large or small inlay THC $1. So I guess we’ll play $5/5 until then

Got two old school favorites out for a minute. Let’s hope 2023 is the year I’ll complete that Lakeshore set. And then I’m done (until 2024)!
How much are kidney’s going for these days?…assuming I would make more on the black market if I can flip to the right buyer?

Really nice collection! I'm normally don't care for hot stamps, but, those Silver Star 5's are great!
Throughout the thread, I really appreciate the photography, the lighting is great and the photos are in focus and doesn't seem overly filtered or blown out!

Expecting a couple of boxes next week…Mail days will be few and far between from now on as 1) I personally feel like I have reached capacity and 2) there hasn’t been anything that I have been wanting to chase for a little while. Times have changed…in 2021 I was buying chips almost every day week (bought a sh*t ton of absolutely useless singles), made wild offers for a set of Lakeshores (all of them promptly rejected) and couldn’t stop thinking about scoring the next big thing. Glad these times are over tbh but the journey has been fun - particularly the « big » mail days
Biggest mail day by far for me will have been this one:
