I fell for these early - the beat up hot stamp set brings up images of some seedy cardroom, and I almost bought a set from spinetti’s for my first set. I ended up getting the quarters for my mixed cash set, but I gave up the dream on the full set.
I think the $25 is a little bit stunning and is pretty much everything a $25 chip should be.
The $5 is beat to hell, and is typical for this set. Spinettis diesnt have any more single $5’s for sale, so grab these if you want a full sample set in your case.
I think these are the only chips I’ve ever owned that I haven’t cleaned, because I think these look right in there natural state, but you can clean them up if you like.
