Looks like there was a PGI-led 2014 China Clay CPS version with the Tower and Spear:

Am I off my rocker thinking there was a BCC version? Or that BCC had this mold originally, and the China Clay version is not the same as the Tower and Spear produced at BCC which is nearly identical to Paulson chips?
