CPC is moving! (4 Viewers)

PCF will become a shell of its former self without CPC. Loss of clay creativity, rise of more Tina chips, and probably a rise in Paulson chips especially rhc.

I agree. I’m not even into customs, but I appreciate the good ones. Show me a bunch of re-labels and Tina’s on a hall of fame ballot and I’m not voting.

I would check your email again. Too late now, but that’s where the communications were sent.

I did receive a mass email asking if I "had issues" with my order being made at the new facility in Washington. I suppose if I did, and responded as such, a refund probably would have been offered/issued. But I didn't have a problem with it, so obviously nothing ever came of it, as I didn't respond to the email.

All good, nothing to see here. Like I said, I wouldn't have chosen an option for a refund, anyway. And people were certainly given the chance to voice their concerns, so that's good enough for me.

The original email didn't specifically include an offer for a refund, but I'd say it was implied, and Mike followed up here with the actual offer:

If you’re one of those customers with an order and are adamant that it is manufactured in Maine all I can do is apologize and offer a refund

Offer of refund was also posted by Mike on the forum back in August 2025.... certainly transparent....

Yup, I'll take my L. Although I don't think a post on a forum thread is all-encompassing, as I'm sure there are plenty of people who don't monitor it very closely.

The email I referenced above was more than enough of a chance to get the ball rolling for anyone interested, though, so like I said... forget I said anything.

What mold?

I want a new Rounders set! I’m checking this thread as often as Mike checked Teddy KGB.

I often ponder getting a set of Rounders for tourney with the original chips plus added 614 chips for the high denoms:

canary 1k's
peacock 5k's
retro red 25k's

If roman mold was still available I would have acquired these long ago....

Can’t imagine paying in full for a product and waiting over a year
Pretty sure many people waited close to this amount of time for previous CPC orders after paying in full. Its always been pay at time of order and then wait. Depending on who owned CPC, and how long they'd owned it, some of the turnaround times were quite long. Frustratingly so. And that was just normal production, without a cross country move. I made my order to lock in the old prices, knowing it'd be awhile, as it always is. I feel the disappointment of not having the product earlier, but its always been pay first, and wait, wait, wait...

I'm confident the wait will end soon, but I can't imagine what all the permitting is like for this stuff in WA state. Amazing place to live, but not the simplest permitting processes from what I've experienced.

I heard a rumor that people who use the puke green background for their mocks get immediately sent to the back of the CPC order line and publicly shamed.

The second part isn't a rumor though......

But when my company move the factory on 1998 ( we talking about more the 25 press machine) we was in production after 2 weeks

We talking about clay round disk but someone have a very low patience
Talking about personal experience
My first set from CPC
Supposed to be arrive in November/Beginning of December
We are in February and last message from Mike was December 16!!!!!!!!

Not managing communication when taking over a company, regardless of the work involved and its complexity, is a very bad start... :(
An intern or even several people here could have taken over to communicate with customers, even if only minimally.

Not to mention the announcement about the contest, which we haven't heard anything about for months... :wtf:
