Man, the Southwest transition has really screwed me over. It's going to cost 2x or more to fly out this year than it would have if I'd flown a month ago.
I've spent an hour going through all the hidden fees and fare classes of the other airlines to figure out actual total cost of flights, and it's ridiculous. I'm used to pick a flight, pay your price, and done, which now no longer exists.
Fuck Southwest and all of this - flying SUCKS. I'm so livid right now.

Food this year will be the same throw together menu as before.
Thursday - Baked Potato bar and homemade chili.
Friday - Americana Pizza.
Saturday - Fiesta Chicken Taco plates.
Friday and Sat will be done by collection on who's here. Thursday is on me as a thank you for coming. Plenty of snacks will be here also with the hot dog roller and other items.
Ill buy some base beer and we have tons of hard alcohol, plus I'll stock up on Fresca. Liquor store is 2 min away and a great Beer Store is about 5 min away.
And we have 50 boxes of girl scout cookies coming.
Cash games all day Thursday and Friday. Anyone early on Wed, we might have space at the prefunk game, or could open up two tables for it. Just give me a heads up. Saturday will be the main event at 2pm.
Ill send a PM to everyone confirmed a few weeks before with addresses, phone, and parking info. Luckily everyone in my neighborhood is pretty cool and we have quite a bit of street parking.
No surveys tho. Fuck that.
I'm still rolling around the Honey Badger game on Friday night.
